This Privacy Policy explains how Elite Sellers Collective LLC ("Elite Sellers," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the EliteBrowser website at elite-browser.com (the "Website") and the EliteBrowser application and related extensions (collectively, the "Software"). By using the Website or the Software, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Software. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
EliteBrowser is a professional multi-session browser produced and licensed by Elite Sellers Collective LLC. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us using the details in Section 15.
Information you provide. When you purchase a plan, we (through our payment processor) receive your email address and the plan you selected, and we associate a license with your purchase. Your email address is used to issue, manage, and support your license. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
Information related to licensing and software operation. To operate the licensing system, enforce the limits of your plan, deliver updates, and protect against unauthorized use, we may handle limited technical information associated with your license and your use of the Software, such as a license identifier, a device identifier, and basic application and system descriptors. We use this information only for licensing, security, support, and the proper functioning of the Software.
Information you manage within the Software. EliteBrowser is designed to give you control over the information you work with, such as profiles, proxy details, saved credentials, and browsing activity. We treat this information as yours. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter, save, or access through the Software, and you may remove it through the Software.
Optional features requiring your permission. Certain optional features, such as retrieving verification codes from an email inbox you connect, operate only with your explicit permission and are used solely to provide the feature you requested. We do not use information obtained through these features for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share it.
Website information. When you visit the Website, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. We may use cookies, similar technologies, and analytics tools to keep the Website functioning, understand how it is used, and operate, secure, and improve it.
Additional information. As reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Website and the Software, we may handle additional information related to your use of our services, your license, or your interactions with us. Where such information constitutes personal information, we handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, and we will update this policy if our practices materially change.
All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number, card security code, or other sensitive payment details on our own systems. Stripe collects and processes this information directly under its own privacy policy and applicable payment-industry standards. We receive only limited information necessary to fulfill and support your purchase, such as your email address, the plan purchased, and a transaction identifier. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We use the information we handle to process your purchase and to issue, activate, validate, manage, and support your license; to enforce the limits of your plan and to detect and prevent unauthorized use, fraud, and abuse; to provide software updates and maintain the security and integrity of the Software and Website; to respond to your requests and communicate with you about your license, including service or billing notices; and to comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service. We do not sell your personal information.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information (for example, under the GDPR), we rely on the following: performance of our contract with you (to provide and license the Software); our legitimate interests (to secure our services, prevent abuse, and operate our business); your consent (for optional features that require it); and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only in these limited circumstances: to trusted service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, content delivery, and infrastructure, who may use the information only to provide services to us; for legal and safety reasons, where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the safety of any person; and in connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Software, manage your license, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. License and transaction records are generally retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Information you manage within the Software remains under your control and may be removed by you at any time.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any unauthorized access to, or loss, disclosure, or alteration of, information that occurs despite our reasonable measures. You are responsible for safeguarding your license, your account credentials, and the information you maintain on your own systems.
We are based in the United States, and the information we handle may be stored and processed in the United States or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we take steps to ensure that transfers of personal information are subject to appropriate safeguards.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request a copy of your information. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 15. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may also disconnect any optional connected feature, remove information you manage within the Software, and cancel your subscription as described in our Terms of Service.
The Website and Software are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
The Software and Website may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, proxy providers, email inbox providers, and external websites you choose to visit through the Software. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own privacy policy and terms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website or Software after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. Please review this page periodically.
This Privacy Policy is provided for informational purposes and is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service, including the disclaimers and limitations of liability set out there. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the handling of your information is subject to the limitations of liability in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this Privacy Policy creates any rights or obligations beyond those required by applicable law.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, please contact us at [email protected]. EliteBrowser is a product of Elite Sellers Collective LLC.
