By accepting these terms you represent that you are of legal age and, if acting for an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization. Additional terms may be presented to you during installation or sign-up, and those terms also apply.
This website exists so you can learn about, purchase, and access EliteBrowser and its extensions. You agree not to deep-link to internal pages, frame the site, or use our name, logos, or trademarks in hidden text or metadata without our prior written permission, which we may revoke at any time.
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of all applicable fees, Elite Sellers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EliteBrowser for your own business or personal purposes, within the tab, profile, proxy, seat, and device limits of your plan. You may not copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Software except as expressly permitted in writing by us.
EliteBrowser is an internet browser and organization tool. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in full accordance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, as well as the terms of service, rules, and purchase policies of every third-party website or platform you access through it. You are solely responsible for your own conduct and for ensuring your activity complies with those rules.
You specifically agree not to misuse the Software, including by misrepresenting your identity, accessing systems or information you are not authorized to access, exceeding authorized access, or circumventing any security measure, access control, rate limit, or other technological protection on any website or online service. Unlawful or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and is a breach of these terms.
Elite Sellers is not responsible for how you choose to use the Software. We do not monitor, direct, or control your activity, and we will not defend, indemnify, or be liable for any fines, penalties, claims, or damages assessed against you arising from your use of the Software in a manner that violates any law or any third party's terms. Any such use is your responsibility alone and may result in suspension or termination of your license.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. A valid email address, and where requested a valid phone number, may be required to maintain an active account; failure to provide accurate information may result in deactivation. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Paid plans are sold on a recurring subscription basis and are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date, we decline to renew, or the subscription is otherwise terminated as permitted here. We recommend cancelling at least one day before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Prices, including any promotional or launch pricing, may change with reasonable advance notice.
You are responsible for cancelling your own subscription through the Stripe customer billing portal accessible from our Website, or by contacting us at [email protected]; cancellation requests made by other means may not be processed. Except where required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable, including for unused time, downgraded plans, or simply not using the Software. Not using EliteBrowser does not entitle you to a refund — if you no longer wish to be billed, cancel your subscription. Even after cancelling, you retain access to what you have paid for until the end of your current paid term.
If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any license or account while a fraudulent, inaccurate, or unwarranted payment dispute or chargeback is pending against us, until the matter is resolved.
Subscriptions and licenses may not be transferred, rented, leased, shared, or sold. Multi-seat plans may only be used by individuals under your direct employ or contract, and we may request reasonable documentation to verify this. Each user must obtain their license directly from us or be assigned one by their employer under an eligible plan.
EliteBrowser may connect to or integrate with third-party services, including proxy providers, email inboxes, and pricing or market-data tools. We provide access to these on an "as is" and "as available" basis, do not control them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms, and any fees or risks associated with it are your responsibility.
Certain features, such as retrieving verification codes, may require your permission to access connected accounts or inboxes you authorize. These permissions are used only to provide the relevant features. We do not sell your personal information. We may update how we handle data in the future in compliance with applicable law, and you are responsible for periodically reviewing these terms and our privacy practices for changes.
EliteBrowser is offered for download on macOS and Windows through a private, license-based system. While we test our releases, we do not warrant that downloads will be available, error-free, or fully compatible with your hardware or software, and we are not responsible for any instability or loss that may result from installing or running the Software. Updates may be released from time to time and may be required for continued use.
All rights, title, and interest in and to EliteBrowser, including all related intellectual property, modifications, and upgrades, remain the exclusive property of Elite Sellers and its licensors. These terms grant you no right to our names, logos, trademarks, or branding, and you agree not to register or use any mark that is identical or confusingly similar to ours.
The Software and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will work perfectly on every website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Sellers and its officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Software or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You download, install, and use the Software at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Sellers is not responsible or liable for any damage to, loss of, or impairment of your computer, device, operating system, files, data, settings, or other software that may result from downloading, installing, updating, running, or uninstalling the Software, whether arising from defects, incompatibility, security vulnerabilities, conflicts with other software, interrupted or failed updates, or any other cause. You are solely responsible for maintaining current backups of your data and for confirming that the Software is compatible with your system before installing or using it. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software is to stop using it and cancel your subscription.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Sellers and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Software, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or any third party's rights or terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for any breach of these terms or any unlawful or unauthorized use. Upon termination, your license ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised version here. Your continued use of the website or Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please review this page periodically.
